Set in the quiet residential community of Gibbs Glade, Todmorden is a traditionally styled 3 bedroom coral stone villa, designed so that all of the bedroom and living areas can enjoy the cooling tropical breezes. Surrounded by lush gardens, the outdoor pool area is reminiscent of a tropical oasis. The villa is a 5 minute walk from Gibbs Beach, one of the best beaches on the west coast of Barbados. The historic town of Speightstown, which offers a range of shopping and casual dining options, is just a 10 minute drive away.
The villa is comfortably furnished, with 3 spacious bedrooms featuring modern en-suite bathrooms. The living room opens on to a covered terrace featuring an alfresco dining and separate seating area, overlooking the gardens and pool.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with en suite shower room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds that can be made into king-sized beds. These bedrooms also have en suite shower rooms.
Todmorden is an excellent choice for families, or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday away from the crowds, but still close enough to all of the amenities that Barbados has to offer.
The house is staffed with a cook, Housekeeper/laundress.
For larger parties, or several families holidaying together, this house is located behind Jessamine (a 4-bedroom villa with own pool and staff). They can be rented together.
**Please note that most villas operate a No-Smoking Policy. Smoking is not permitted within the villas themselves, but many will allow smoking on the terrace, patio, balcony or garden. Some villas will not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.**
