Set at the back of Merlin Bay, a path leading through the gardens from the villa leads to the large lagoon-style communal pool, surrounded by a sundeck.
An indoor dining room opens onto a tropical atrium with a large solid-pine dining table, which can comfortably seat up to 12 persons.
The Master bedroom is on the upper floor and is equipped with a super king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a private balcony overlooking the plunge pool and garden. The second upstairs bedroom has twin beds that can be made up to a king-size bed. There is also an ensuite shower room and private balcony. The ground floor bedroom opens onto the plunge pool and garden. This has an ensuite bathroom and twin beds that can be made to a king-size bed. All the bedrooms have modern split-system airconditioning units and ceiling fans.
The villa has a downstairs powder room, safes, cable TV, VCR and CD player. There is also a BBQ.
Staff comprise a maid/laundress and a cook (offering a wide repertoire of cuisine, meeting all dietary requirements and who will shop for clients, if required).
24-hour security and a gardener are provided on the development.
